About kayla

Hello all! My name is Kayla, and I'm a recent UC Davis graduate currently living in the area during my gap year before continuing my career to become an Occupational Therapist for pediatrics. I completed a 6-month internship at UC Davis Health, where I worked alongside a Child Life specialist and ran the Play Room for children ages 0 months to 18 years. I've also worked as a preschool camp instructor and am a certified Behavioral Technician, having provided support for children with autism between the ages of 3 and 5. I'm patient, creative, and love engaging children through crafts, play, and activities tailored to their unique needs and interests. I understand how overwhelming day-to-day life can get, and I'm here to be a reliable, helping hand-whether that means entertaining the kids, tidying up, or running errands. I have my own car and this has reliable transportation. My goal is to support your family however I can.
