We hired Kayla for a long-term, full time, M-F 9-5 nanny job. She quit abruptly, via text message, the night after her third day on the job. During the three days she worked with us we interacted frequently, she seemed to be handling the kids well, and she did not indicate anything to us one way or another, so we don't know whether there was a particular reason for her leaving so suddenly. It certainly would have been nice to have more notice.
