About Kayla

Throughout 2009-2013 I've had experience working with children from new born- preschool. I have kept up with nannying jobs through that time, up until recent past. My grandfather unfortunately passed 2 years ago and I've taken care of my grandmother until her recent passing this May. She had memory problems and physical restraints I would assist her with. Bathing, changing and clothing her were some of the daily tasks. My time with her was so enjoyable that I could definitely see me helping another senior in their daily activities, as well as going out to eat/ preparing meals with them, exercise, playing card games, administrating medication and so on. This wouldn't even seem like a job and would make me very happy to be a companion for someone else because I saw how happy it made my grandmother to have something to look forward to!
