About Kayla

Hi! I'm Kayla, and I have over 4 years of hands-on childcare experience caring for children from infancy through pre-teen years. I've worked with families in full-time nanny positions and have experience managing busy households, maintaining routines, preparing meals, planning activities, assisting with homework, and supporting children's growth and development through every stage. I've cared for multiple children at once, including infants and large groups of children, and am confident handling the fast-paced, ever-changing nature of childcare. Whether it's bottle feedings, diaper changes, nap schedules, school pickups, activity planning, or bedtime routines, I bring a calm, organized, and dependable presence to every family I work with. My goal is to create a safe, structured, and positive environment where children feel supported, encouraged, and excited to learn and grow.
