About Kayla

I'd describe my personality as friendly, kind, and optimistic! I like working with kids because I grew up taking care of my baby cousins and family friends, so kids always had a soft spot in my heart. I started working with kids when I was 14. A family friend needed someone to look after their kids long term, so I babysat them for a summer. I also looked after elementary and middle school kids. In my spare time, I like to read, play or listen to music, hangout with family and friends, and go to the beach. One thing you should know about me is that I am very flexible and understanding. I'm a good communicator and would say I'm an easy person to work with. You should also know that I pay very close attention to detail and am somewhat of a perfectionist. I'm also a very hard worker.
