About Kayla

Hi, my name is Kayla! I recently graduated college with a degree in philosophy in Spanish. I am interested in becoming a teacher and will begin a Masters in Teaching in Madrid this fall. I am the oldest of 4, and I have 5 years of experience with children and babies of varying ages beyond personal family life, both as a tutor and as a sitter. I have a semester's worth of experience as a substitute teacher. I love calligraphy and water color, arts and crafts, playing all sorts of music (especially violin and piano), nerf gun wars, and backyard soccer tournaments. I would be thrilled to share my love of music and learning with your kids by providing private lessons or tutoring services for your kids. I am looking to work weekdays during the summer of 2021, but I am willing to be helpful in any way I can. I am characterized by being patient, encouraging, dependable, and adaptable.
