About Kayin

Hi, I'm Kayin (Ky), a student double majoring in Africana Studies and Public Health, with long-term goals of becoming a travel internal medicine doctor. I am respectful, adaptable, compassionate, and dedicated to making a positive difference in the lives of children. Since 2019, I've worked with youth, including six years at Codman Academy as an Assistant Athletic Director. There, I founded "Color Talks," a judgment-free space for marginalized students, and led a joint program with Harvard Medical School that trained students to handle real-life medical diagnoses. My childcare skills include activity planning, nutrition, and creative learning. I'm seeking a flexible position that accommodates my college education. In my free time, I love reading, writing, cooking, and being outdoors. If you choose to work with me, you will get my absolute all.
