About Kaydence

Hi there my name is Kaydence i'm 19 years old and am currently a college student. I plan on coming home during the 2024 school year and continuing my education through red rocks. I am an Elementary Education major and am working towards a minor in special education as well. My senior year I joined a program that allowed me to learn about education and student teach. I worked for Jeffco SAE program and have experienced caring for multiple children with the help of my coworkers. Throughout this job I have experienced working with children with a variety of different needs. My passion is working with children and helping them grow. My philosophy is that every child is capable of achieving their goals and milestones and they just need and deserve individualized care and attention.
