About Kaydence

I've been working with kids for the past few years through babysitting, being a teacher's aide, and working as a Registered Behavior Technician (RBT). During my senior year of high school, I worked in a second grade classroom while also helping in first grade and kindergarten. I also supervised before-school care for students in grades K-8. As an RBT, I worked one-on-one with children on the autism spectrum and gained experience supporting kids with a variety of needs. I really enjoy getting to know each child and finding activities they love, whether that's playing outside, doing crafts, reading, or just having fun together. I'm looking for a job that I can with kids full time or part time nanny. I'm also open to babysitting for things like date nights or nights out! I'm currently studying psychology, and working with children has always been something I've enjoyed. I'd love the opportunity to get to know your family and provide dependable, caring childcare!
