About Kaya

Hey there! I'm Kaya, and I'm not your average caregiver. I love working with kids because it gives me a sense of purpose, and there's nothing better than helping shape the bright minds of tomorrow. Plus, being around kiddos is a blast - their joy and energy are absolutely contagious! I started working with kids when I was just a kid myself. At 15, I became a camp counselor in training, and I've been hooked on childcare ever since. When I'm not with amazing kids, you can find me in my garden, doing Pilates, hitting the beach, fishing, or enjoying any outdoor adventure. I believe in letting kids be kids while also maintaining a good dose of structure. In my full-time role as an RBT, I've learned that child-led activities are great for building connections, but structure is key to helping them thrive. So, while I'll be the fun and loving presence in their lives, I won't hesitate to set boundaries when needed. I can't wait to meet your little ones and be a part of their joyful journey!
