Kawintip worked with our family full-time for over 2 years and became a part of our family. She is kind, energetic, and unbelievably patient. We trust her completely with our kids (started at 2 and 4 years old, now 4 and 6), who respect and love her. There were a lot of challenges (she started early during covid, both parents were working from home, and she didn't drive at the time), and I don't know if anyone else could have managed it so well! Hire her while you can :)
