About Katy

I'd describe my personality as passionate, caring, and outgoing, intelligent. I like working with animals because my sensitive, caring, and intuitive nature makes me feel connected to them which is special. I'm looking for a job that let's me help take care of good puppies and kitties on a regular(ish) schedule with a rate that works for everyone. This will be my first time formally working with pets apart from caring for my late dog, friends' dogs, and lately the neighborhood outdoor cats. In my spare time, I like to listen to books and podcasts, watch my favorite shows, walking, biking, paddle boarding, and plant care. One thing you should know about me is that I know how much people love their pets and would take the responsibility of their care seriously. My skills include monitoring for stress signals, providing food/medication/toys as instructed, walks and/or bonding activities.
