About Katye

I'm patient, caring and attentive. I used to coach swim team, volunteered in Ghana teaching science and English to village middle schoolers and have worked as a substitute teacher for 2yrs, specializing in special needs, autism and math instruction. Professional teacher colleagues and parents, often told me that I was really good at working with children. I love working with kids and just love kids in general. I grew up the oldest of 4 and helped raise them, as the father figure was MIA. I have 3 godchildren. I always helped with vacation bible school and in the nursery, growing up. Been trying for awhile to have our own, so I love getting my kid fix from friends' kids when I can. I have a BS in biology and am currently training to be a medical assistant. I love arts & crafts and outdoor or any other activities. Thank you for this opportunity!
