My name is Katt, I have been a professional nanny since I was 16 years old. It all stared in Long Beach, CA when a single mother moved in next door with her infant twins. I'd see them on my way home from school playing outside and I'd stop to say hello They took a liking to me. She was an overnight nurse and needed help with the babies while they slept and she went to work. This is where I learned my love for children and passion to care for them. I've dedicated many years learning and growing with wonderful families and their babies. The best part is seeing the excitement on the kids faces when I've surprised them with a visit on the weekends after no longer being their nanny. In 2017 I wanted to experience a new endeavor and became an EMT. I've learned a great deal in first-aid and preventative measures for one's safety and I'm trained to keep calm in emergency situations. Katt is simply THE BEST! Stop your search now and hire Katt. Katt worked with our family and another family doing a nanny share for our daughters from around 4-5 months old to over 2 years old. The only reason we parted ways with Katt is because it was time for my daughter to move on to preschool at 2 years, 8 months old. Sadly, Katt moved far away or else we would continue to have Katt babysit for us. Katt easily managed two infants into toddlerhood and did an incredible job. My daughter is thriving and learned SO MUCH from Katt. The transition to preschool was easy and I attribute that largely in part to Katt's influence on her. Katt took them on regular outings, had creative activities for them to do at home, helped with meal prep, and supervised mealtimes. Katt will always be a part of our family and we miss Katt very much! We still FaceTime with Katt and will see Katt every time Katt's in town.
