I am a compassionate person that really enjoys taking care of the elderly. I have been in senior care for 11 years for various companies. I am experienced with Alzheimer's and dementia client. I have years of professional experience. I am skilled in taking vital signs, medication reminders, bathing, and assist with activities of daily living. I'd describe my personality as I am a bubbly, compassionate person that loves being around other people, especially my elderly. I like caring for seniors because they hold so much knowledge in history. They deserve to be treated well in their golden years. I'm looking for a job that allows me to be an asset to someone as well as a friend. I started caring for seniors when I was 16 years old. I started as a sitter while my mother worked in a facility. I joined the military got out with an honorable discharge and went back into the field. I have my associates in arts degree, but I always gravitate to helping others.
