About Katlyn

Hi! I'm a young, energetic, and nurturing individual who has 6+ years of varied experience in childcare ranging from infants to teenagers. I graduated from Illinois State University in 2021, with a degree in Family and Consumer Sciences and have a true passion for working with children and families. In my previous childcare roles I've held leadership positions, have been responsible for multiple children on group outings, and have experience taking children to local theme parks. I'm committed to maintaining a safe and welcoming environment for your child(ren) to ensure that it is also an environment to cultivate learning and personal autonomy. One of my passions is creating activities and experiences to stimulate a child's growth and development in a multitude of ways, and I have fun playing along too. I have hopes of finding a young family to grow with and support where ever I can.
