I cannot recommend Katlyn enough. We started working with her when our son was 14 weeks old and she made my transition back to work so easy. Shes very communicative and gave great updates throughout the day. We could tell how loved and well taken care of our son was based on how happy of he was to see Katlyn every morning. Our son required additional support hitting early milestones, and she was super flexible and accommodating of positioning and exercises we asked her to do with him during the day. We were very sad when we needed to find new childcare but wish Katlyn the best of luck finding a new family, as any family would be incredibly lucky to work with her.
