After high school, I worked as a nanny in the metro area for two years. Following that, I was an Au Pair abroad in the Netherlands. I have been working in food service at a middle school/high school for the past 10 years. This schedule worked well with my daughter's being in school. My favorite part of my job was interacting with the kids. Now that my daughters are in high school and college with part time jobs of their own, I have the flexibility to spend time with kids working as a nanny this summer.
