Hi! I'm Katie - an Advanced Behavior Technician with 7 years of babysitting experience, a big heart for kids, and a passion for making every day both fun and meaningful. I'm CPR and First Aid certified, and I'm very comfortable working with kiddos on the autism spectrum (ASD), bringing patience, understanding, and evidence-based strategies to help them feel supported and confident. With a background in behavior support, I'm great at turning tricky moments into learning opportunities and helping kids build emotional regulation skills in a warm and playful way. I love creating hands-on activities, sensory play, outdoor adventures, and imaginative games that spark curiosity and joy. Families can count on me to be reliable, calm under pressure, and consistent with routines - all while keeping the day upbeat and engaging.
