Katie has been our full-time nanny for the last year (children now 18 months and nearly 5 years). She's a pro at planning their days, scheduling outings to parks, libraries, museums or just out and about to explore. She takes direction well, but also has her own suggestions for different projects and activities to keep the kids engaged. She grew up caring for younger siblings, and it shows. Her positive attitude, sense of humor and strong communication skills also makes the whole process easier for us busy parents. Any family would be lucky to have her.
