I like to walk through and ask questions about what's expected in each room. In the last year, working 3 days a week every week, I never called out. Things happen, but I take my commitments seriously. l offer one-time cleaning, bi-weekly cleaning, and weekly cleaning. All in deep clean or basic clean options.
