About Katie

I graduated with a journalism degree from Mizzou, and worked in the field for awhile, before moving home to St. Louis to be closer to family. I worked freelance and have been a caregiver ever since. I have been a preschool teacher, FT nanny for four separate families with children under 2; and a family with grade-school aged boys (6 and 7 when I began, now in high school) who I began working for in 2017. I still have a key to home of the 2 boys and recently went to Thailand with them in 2022. I have worked overnight watching the boys while their mother travels for work too. I have also worked one-on-one and in a residental setting with individuals with Autism. I currently work in a residental home with several men who have Developmental Disabilities. I am available for in-home work in that regard. I would love to do a meet you so we can see if I would be right for your family.
