About Katie

Hello! I'm looking for a family in need of part-time care. I am in my final semester of grad school as a SLP. I have specialized in working with young children newborn to age 6. I have a bachelors degree from Utah State University, specializing in Communication Disorders. I also have a bachelors degree from Washington State University, which focused in early childhood development. For the past 10+ years I have worked with children as preschool teacher (3 years), nannying for families, online teaching, and a short time with a high school special education classroom. I volunteered in the Peace Corps for two years teaching young children in Grenada. I look forward to working with you and your child(ren) in a fun, caring and purposeful learning environment!
