About Katie

Hi everyone my name is Katie and I'm 22 years old. I've been an early childhood educator for 3 years and am now looking for a nannying/babysitting positions! I was born and raised in San Francisco and am looking for a family in the city. I have experience working as a preschool teacher with children ranging from 18 months to 3 and a half years old. I have some experience with children 4-12 as well. I love helping children become confident, kind, and independent. I engage these skills through age appropriate responsibilities. I also model good manners, kindness, and respect in everyday interactions. I enjoy helping children learn how to identify and communicate their emotions and practice sharing/problem solving. While I haven't worked as a nanny before, I have communicated with and built many relationships with parents. I am excited to bring my experience and knowledge of child development into a one on one family setting.
