About Katie

Hi! My name is Katie, and I'm a college student at Tufts University studying Biomedical Engineering on the pre-med track. I've been babysitting for about eight years and have experience caring for children of all ages - from infants (400+ hours) to school-age kids. I'm a certified EMT with hands-on experience providing care in medical and emergency settings, which has made me calm under pressure and confident working with children who have special needs or medical complexities. Ive spent a summer as the lead instructor at a tech camp and have also worked as a ski coach, so I love keeping kids active, engaged, and having fun. Outside of babysitting and classes, I work in a BME research lab and enjoy sports photography in my free time. Families describe me as responsible, energetic, and caring.
