I am a PhD student at UArk focusing in blackberry (Rubus sp.) research, which means math and science are my bread and butter. I have tutored other college students throughout my undergrad and graduate school careers. Although I have recently worked with young adults, most of my formal teaching experience has been through Montessori schools with children under the age of 10. During my undergrad I worked at two separate Montessori schools as an assistant teacher, and admire that educational philosophy and teaching style. I would be an ideal tutor for an individual needing help with homework or support in reviewing and breaking down course materials.
