About Katie

I am a 20-year-old college student at Salt Lake Community College. I love supporting families by helping with childcare! I plan on having a career in social work, so I absolutely adore children and animals. I have three years of experience caring for children ages one through 12, and my main goal is to make a positive impact on everyone I meet. I am very patient, calm, creative, and kind! I hold CPR training and First Aid certifications and have completed Early Child Development coursework. I am super comfortable enforcing household rules, and prioritize educational and skill-building activities. I believe communication is one of the most important traits someone can possess, so I feel most comfortable with regular text updates with parents. I love working with kids and I hope that I can help lessen the burden of finding good childcare!
