About Katie

Hello! I like working with kids because kids are the best, plain and simple! I love watching kids learn and grow. No 2 days are ever the same when it comes to kids, and that keeps things interesting. I have over 20 years of experience as I started working with kids when I was a teenager. I have experience with newborns all the way up to senior care. I worked as a summer camp counselor/director for 20 years. I have also cared for kids who have had various degrees of special needs. In my spare time I like to listen to music. I love going to musicals! I enjoy doing crafts and puzzles. However, hanging out with my nieces and nephews is one of my top favorite things to do! I am very reliable and go out of my way to help people. Whether it's a date night, weekend, or even overnight care, I am willing to help out!
