About Katie

Hi! My name is Katie, and I am 19 years old. I have my AA, and I am home for the semester. I have 4 years of experience with kids including nannying as well as leading camp groups. I currently work at a Kindercare, and I truly love spending my day with those kids. As I transition out of that role, mainly due to distance, I really want to be able to still have those great relationships in my life. Working with kids is sometime I am incredibly passionate about and enjoy with my whole heart. I love being super interactive and creative with kids. Fostering their learning and creativity is so important to me! I'd describe my personality as nurturing, happy, and outgoing. I like working with kids because I think they have such a great capacity for learning, discovering, passions, and loving. I'm looking for a job that is stable and consistent. I started working with kids when I was about 16 years old. In my spare time, I like to read, walk, be outside, and go new places.
