About Katie

My name is Katie, I have worked with and cared for children for as long as I can remember. I started babysitting when I was 12 years old, I worked at a preschool when I was a senior in high school, and I worked at a daycare for 3 years while I was in college. I have my bachelors degree in teaching and certification for grades Kindergarten-6th grade. I was a full-time 2nd grade teacher for the past 5 years. I have nannied full-time for families during past summers. Both families I have nannied for have had infants, so I am very comfortable with babies. I just recently moved to Charlotte and will be taking a year off of teaching, but am looking to still work with kids in the meantime! I also can help with travel, cleaning, errands, and cooking! I can also help your children with their homework and give any additional help or tutoring they may need! I have experience with and I am comfortable with any/all ages.
