I currently work for DCs animal shelter and previously worked for 7+ years for an international animal welfare organization and prior to that I was a professional dog walker/pet sitter in Baltimore County... so you could say that animal welfare is in my DNA! I'm looking to take on occasional pet sitting gigs to help augment my non-profit salary :) Unfortunately due to my own dog, I am not able to take on any over-night gigs, but would love to help you with drop-in dog walks or weekend cat care! Katie provided consistently wonderful after-school and full-time summer care to our 2 boys for over 5 years. She was extremely dependable, always patient and pleasant, and dedicated to providing loving and consistent care to my sons. She helped with a number of chores around the house (laundry, dishes), and she even helped to keep our house in tip-top shape when we were showing it for sale. Anyone would be lucky to have her!
