Hello! My name is Katie. I grew up in Northern California then moved to San Diego for college and lived there for about 10 years. I received a BA in Human Development/health services. I absolutely love working with kids and that led me to pursue a career as a pediatric occupational therapist. I recently moved to Denver and I am loving it. I have a 90 lb sweet golden retriever named Bodi, so I am completely comfortable with any pet! I love the outdoors and try to spend as much time as k can outside. Before I went to grad school I worked as a behavioral therapist with kids. I have experience with various diagnoses, since beginning nannying almost 12 years ago. I have met some great families through this website and I love watching the kiddos grow up and learning new things from them. I look forward to the opportunity to work with you!

We hired Katie to watch our autistic son for two weeks while he was on a fall break from school. She communicated well, showed up on time, and always asked how she could help even when all the household chores were completed. I also had her print and laminate visual aids for my son's occupational therapy. My daughter loved her, too! They still ask about her.
