About Katie

Hi, I'm Katie! I'm 20 years old, a recent graduate from GCU, and I'm looking for a part time nannying position. I have a car and am available for 2-3 days a week and date nights/other occasions! I've been caring for children from infants to 12 years old for over five years, including nannying infants, twins, high-functioning disabled/autistic children, and children with trauma. My family also did foster care for six years so I'm used to having littles around and caring for children who have experienced trauma. I'm very comfortable with all things baby care and actively promote a toddler and child enrichment. I prioritize understanding each child's unique needs, ensuring they feel valued and heard, while consistently respecting and applying the parents' preferred disciplinary approach.
