About Katie

Hi everybody! My name is Katie and I have a strong interest in helping children and their families! A little but about me before I get into the logistics of everything. This past May, I graduated college with a bachelors degree in Early Childhood and Childhood Education. I am taking a gap semester and in January of this coming year I will be starting my online masters program. I will be getting my masters degree in K-12 Literacy. Additionally, I have just two more NYS certification exams. Once I take those and hear back with the scores, I will officially hold NYS Initial Teaching Certification. I am a huge education nerd so if your child/children need extra hw help, I can gladly assist with that. I have been babysitting since I was 14. I never envisioned a life/career where I wasn't working with children. Aside from all of that, I can gladly assist with any meal prep and light housekeeping that needs to be done.
