Since before he was born, caring for people, including families and children, has been a huge part of my life and career! After 18yr+ as registered dietitian, educator and chef, I transitioned my career to social and emotional learning and teach adult and children's classes through my business, Cultivating Kindness and supporting parents through the postpartum period. As a social emotional learning specialist, helping people calm, connect and care for themselves, even children, is something I love to do. I also love art, outdoor time, a good dance party and generally having fun with older siblings too.
