I started caring for seniors when I was 21 and sat with seniors at Alexian Brothers on Signal Mountain, and I have been a nurse and cared for my own mother through the health needs of her last years. Katie is absolutely amazing. She had worked with Alzheimer’s/dementia patients before and it showed. She was able to get my father in law to warm up quickly and he missed her after she left. She came in and was ready to take over responsibility immediately so my husband and I could sleep. If my father in law lived with us permanently, I would love to have her come every day. She is special for sure.
