About Katie

Hello! I am a recent 2020 college graduate and have my Bachelor's of Science in Nursing as well as a minor in Business Administration. I worked at a summer camp (Camp Aldersgate) for 2 years as the Health Director and Camp Photographer. I handled all first aide and medication administration, as well as spending time with the campers and cabins for two summers. I have also worked in an ICU as a nurse aide, had a surgical nursing internship over the summer, and was a Resident Assistant/Assistant Resident Director at my college for two years. I am first aid, CPR, and lifeguard certified. I am waiting to take my NCLEX and have a job lined up in a pediatric intensive care unit after passing my test. I am creative, know far too many camp crafts and sing a long songs, and have experience in organization, program and event planning, and time management. I love kids, love to be goofy and have fun (while being safe!), and am fully competent to provide care for you child(ren)!
