About Katie

Hi there! My name is Katie and I am 26 years old and a mama of a 2 yr old boy. I am looking to care for a little one and bring my little one along. I have 6+ years experience in childcare, mostly with infants. I have a resume with all my previous experience just feel free to ask for it! My passion is teaching, caring, and always creating and brainstorming new fun play based learning ideas for all ages. I would provide weekly lesson planning for play based learning, sensory play, fine motor, speech, brain dance, pre writing activities, and more! Learning through play and just living in their world is so important to me. Little to no screen time is my goal with kiddos. I am a conscious and gentle parent and childcare provider. Since I have a 2 yr old son, I would need to bring him along with me. He is a sweet boy and cares so much for his friends, family, and is such a social butterfly.
