Hello All, My name is Katie and I am currently on Christmas break from school. I will be graduating in May with my Masters in Social Work and am in need of a part-time job until then. I would love to hand out copies of my resume and/or talk and meet you and your loved one. I do not have experience in nursing, however, I have volunteered for Council on Aging to deliver hot meals to seniors in my community. I love the older adult population, and do have a grandfather of my own who has dementia. I intern 25-30 hours a week at a hospital (I am an aspiring LCSW-A medical social worker) and recognize the importance of a healthy lifestyle and medication management. With a background in social work, I understand the need for human connection and person-centered care, especially post-Covid-19. I can help with Transportation Services and Meal Preparation.
