About Katia

Hello! My name is Katia. I hold a U. S.-equivalent Bachelor's Degree in Psychology and have completed 12 Early Childhood Education (ECE) units in California. I currently work as an Interim Lead Guide in a Montessori Spanish Immersion classroom, caring for five toddlers (18 months to 3 years old). My experience includes supporting children's social-emotional development, language skills, independence, potty training, daily routines, and hands-on Montessori activities. My background in psychology helps me understand each child's unique developmental needs and provide patient, respectful, and individualized care. I am responsible, reliable, nurturing, and passionate about early childhood education. I speak fluent Spanish and conversational English, and I enjoy creating a safe, fun, and engaging environment where children can learn, grow, and feel loved. I look forward to supporting your family!
