Katiana was very nice during the interview process. We scheduled a meeting with her and had to cancel because my kids got really sick. As a parent, you know how hectic it can be to care for sick children. I admittedly canceled at the last minute. Katiana texted me and changed her happy-go-lucky demeanor and was not very understanding of the situation.
