About Katia

I have over three years of experience in ABA, supporting children on the autism spectrum as an RBT, RBT Trainer, floater, and Case Manager for over 65 clients. This has taught me to provide structured, patient, and individualized care while attending to each child's emotional needs. I've also worked as an au pair and in various childcare settings, including daycares, babysitting, nanny and live-in roles, and tutoring. I've cared for children of all ages, including many infants, and I value building trusting bonds where children feel safe and understood. I approach every child with patience, kindness, and respect, creating a calm, engaging environment through play, learning, and outdoor activities.
