I was an Au pair back in 2016, and I had such an amazing experience with both of my families. I love kids, teaching them and learning from them is the motive for me to want to be a part of their lives. I am exited to have this opportunity and I can provide references upon request. When I worked with my second family as an au pair, I had three kids (6 and 7 years old and a baby 8 months old) I love all of them but had a strong connection with the baby. I love working with babies but I have experience with different ages (new born to 10 years old). Since then, I have been working as a baby sitter and/or nanny with several different families. I am a cat lover. My family and I had many cats through out my life and currently I own two Bengal cats. Also, I am vegetarian and love nature and walks. I also have experience with Special needs kids and Autism. I currently work as a Registered Behavioral Analyst for kids with Autism.

I hired Katia to care for my daughter on weekends. My daughter is 25 years old with mild intellectual disabilities. Katia has been energetic, kind and reliable. She is creative in thinking up ideas to get my daughter to engage in activities and to get her out of her comfort zone. She is patient and understanding of the issues Abby struggles with. I highly recommend Katia, she has a wide range of strengths and abilities.
