About Kathy

Hello my name is Kathy, Infants & toddlers are my specialty. I truly enjoy spending time with children and have over 40 years in childcare experience. With a nurturing & calm spirit I can take an upset child and calm them down. It all began in College while getting my degree in Education. I'm a Mother of 4 adult children, before becoming a Mother I was a Kindergarten teacher. Having a background in Early Childhood has given me the tools to adapt to many different situations because children can be unpredictable and each child is unique. Safety is also important when taking care of children, which is why I stay current with my First aid and CPR training. It is important to foster a child's development. Part of being a nanny is to provide those kinds of experiences. I enjoy doing age appropriate activities to support that growth. Thank you for your time & consideration.
