For the past 8+ years I have been taking care of older folks as a companion (see recommendations below). I take clients to doctor appointments, run errands, make meals, light housekeeping, laundry, help with mobility, etc. I am very reliable & responsible. Prior to this type of work I was a stay at home mom taking care of my kids & household. I had been busy volunteering with my church, charities and in the schools. I had a career prior to having children, but I find my new career much more rewarding & enjoyable. Raising my children & running a household along with my recent work experience has me well trained for both senior care & running errands for other people. I have a clean driving record. I have been cleared with no criminal record through FBI fingerprint search (IdHS) as well as clear record for a PA Criminal Record Check & Child Abuse History Certification. I am insured and fully vaccinated & double boosted. I live in Ocean Township.

I have one word to describe Kathy: Phenominal! My mom was diagnosed with dementia/Alzheimer's in January of this year. Because my brother and I are living out of town, we hired Kathy on Care.com, sight unseen. Needless to say, we were anxious about care for our mom. Kathy stepped up immediately. She came with previous elder care experience, much integrity, honesty, compassion and a great sense of humor. Kathy became a great advocate for our mom.
