About Kathy

Hi! My name is Kathy, and I have a genuine love for working with children. I've been babysitting for family and friends for many years, and I also spent some time as a out of state live in nanny. During that time, I cared for a 1-month-old infant through 5 months old, a 2-year-old through their 3rd birthday, and also helped care for children who were 7, 9, and 11 years old. My experience with children of all ages has allowed me to adapt to each child's unique needs and personality. I love getting to know each child and finding activities they enjoy most, whether that's reading, playing games, listening to music, doing crafts, or spending time outdoors. I have experience maintaining routines, meal prep, diaper changes, naps, and creating a safe, fun, and caring environment where children feel comfortable, supported, and encouraged to learn and grow. I'm looking for a short or long term position and would love the opportunity to get to know your family and care for your little one(s)! :)
