I have been working with seniors for over 25 plus years. Most recently I took care of a couple that had dementia and other issues and they preferred to stay in their home in Ocala. I did meal prep and planning, medication reminders, dressing, bathing, doctor appointments, activities and stimulated them for memory loss. We had lots of fun together and I truly considered them my family. I would treat your loved one just the same. Their joy is my joy, and their happiness and well being is also mine.

I had posted a job for a caregiver for my elderly mother. Kathy and I spoke on the phone a few times and emailed back and forth multiple times. She indicated that she was very interested in working for us. We set up a time to meet in person and she was scheduled to work with my mother the next morning. Well - she never showed up for the meeting, never returned my phone calls, and texted an hour later that she was with another client who was being discharged from the hospital (which I can understand), and said that I should find another caregiver. I head read the earlier review that seems similar in experience, but thought it was an aberration, when in fact it appears to be consistent with her actions. She seemed very nice and professional in our exchanges, so this behavior threw me for a loop. I hope other people out there are careful about relying on her.
