About Kathy

Kathy has been our full-time nanny for my 2 kids (infant boy & toddler girl) and taken the best care of our family over the last 9 months. She has a calm but fun presence, and we look forward to seeing her every day. Kathy creates a structured routine for the kids similar to daycare, doing such activities as "circle time" every morning where they look at the calendar and discuss the weather, but with the added benefit of individualized care, catering to their special interests and personalities. Kathy is respectful of our style of parenting, deferring to us on how to provide continuity of our methods when she is in charge. Her responsibilities included driving to school, planning & orchestrating age-appropriate activities, packing lunches, light housekeeping, etc. Kathy is the most reliable person - never late or called out sick. She was able to work outside of her regularly scheduled hours when needed. If we weren't moving out of state, we would keep her in our family forever!
