Hi there! I saw your post about your upcoming need for childcare. I was wondering if you would have any interest in a nanny share for your little one? A nanny share is where two families share the same nanny. Kids get to socialize without the germs. The families get a reduced rate and the nanny makes a little more. It's a good fit typically for all involved. I enjoy children of all ages. I genuinely like to watch them play, grow and learn. I am very passionate about the gentle parenting/caretaking philosophy and feel that children thrive through guidance not control. I am currently transition from two families I've been with for the better part of two years and looking to start the journey over.
