About Kathryn

I am 24 years old and I work at a small start up in KCMO. I have a bachelors degree with honors form the American University of Beirut, and am working towards my masters degree. I am the oldest of 6 children and highly experienced with caring for and tutoring them, and others. I babysat and tutored debate, physics, math, swimming, and other subjects throughout high school and college. I was trained as a lifeguard with first aid and CPR by the Red Cross. I love children, and am great at cooking delicious and healthy meals. I grew up caring for my siblings, (one is 12 years younger than me) and after high school I worked 5 years overseas with refugee children, tutoring and teaching English. I have a lot of multi cultural experience and am comfortable working with children of a multi-ethnic and linguistic heritage. I also have a lot of experience building LinkedIn, resumes and conversation letters, and could be a wonderful help in preparing a young person for the start of their career.
