About Kathryn

Hi there! My name is Kathryn or Kat! At 27 I found passion and love for children. Growing up I was the youngest of 4 and being the only child in my household I never was around many children. As I reached my mid-20s my friends started having kids and had found an unknown love and dedication for kids. With one year of teaching experience as a preschool teacher at a relationship and play-based school, I have developed skills to create a safe and stimulating environment where children can thrive. I have a strong emphasis on process and sensory arts and a nurturing environment. I understand the importance of early physical, emotional, and social development, and I am committed to helping them learn and grow at every stage of their young lives. In addition to my professional experience, I also have two amazing nieces aged 4 and 6, who have taught me the importance of patience, creativity, and adaptability when working with children and last but most importantly, my love for children.
